Anti-Drift Welding Rotator

Introduction
The anti-drift welding rotator is used for welding thick-wall and narrow gap cylinders. It works to prevent the workpiece form drifting axially. The anti-drifting accuracy is less than ±1.5-2 mm. We provide three types of welding turning roll for selection-single jack-up, double jack-up and roller deflection anti-drifting. Its max load capacity is 1600t (YZFK-1600) and the liner speed is 6 to 60 meters an hour.

Features
1. Adopting imported variable frequency drive (VFD), this anti-drift welding rotator has advantages of stepless speed regulation, wide regulating range, high regulation precision and stable output torque.
2. Anti-drift welding rotator is furnished with an electronic control system, control cabinet and remote control box.
3. The linkage interface on the control box makes achieved synchronized linkage with welding manipulator.
4. The welding turning roll can realize adjustment of plate in height and length.
