Heavy Duty Welding Manipulator

Introduction
The heavy duty welding manipulator is designed for operations requiring extended lift and reach. The effective lift stroke is 8000mm, 5000mm and 4000mm for different models. When armed with positioner, our automatic welding manipulators are suitable for all-round weld of internal and external cylinders. The acceptable diameter of cylinder is 1000 mm to 8000 mm, 1000 mm to 5000 mm and 1000 mm to 4000 mm for different models. In addition, the heavy duty welding manipulator made by us is adapted for plate weld, butt weld and longitudinal weld, too.

Features
1. The operation platform enables adjustment convenient.
2. Heavy duty welding manipulator is installed with an automatic tracking and monitoring device.
3. Stable and safe elevation can be realized with the employment of constant speed lifting.
4. The manual control box makes remote control possible.
5. The cross arm of automatic welding manipulator uses frequency conversion control or PLC.
